Most teas in moderation are okay. Herbal teas in large quantities can cause problems, but I figure a cup a day isn't going to do any harm. I have a decaf peppermint tea I drink when queasy, and I really enjoy it. I also have a basic black tea, and and orange spice tea (decaf as well.) Just read labels and make sure the ingredients are ok. There are a few specific ones to avoid: anise, rose hip, chamomile, hibiscus, raspberry leaf... I know there's more but just google "herbal tea during pregnancy" and you'll get a pretty comprehensive list.
I drink decaf english breakfast in the morning, mint tea after meals, and chai tea (decaf) in the afternoon with some milk. Yay for tea. Its one of the only things i still enjoy.
I'm a HUGE tea drinker or at least I was. Before I was pregnant I drank probably 6-7 cups of hot black ( with sugar) Salada tea a day! Have for as long as I can remember. But now, it doesn't taste good to me. That's one things I miss, my tea. I've never been into the herbal teas. I just bought some peppermint tea to try and help with nausea, but I hate it...
I drink non caffeinated black cherry herbal tea, cold. I usually drink one cup a day. My doctor said it should be fine as long as it's not like an excessive amount everyday and it's not caffeinated.
You could buy earth mama Angel baby brand teas, they are made for during pregnancy and even have some for each phase of pregnancy (as well as after for helping with milk production of you plan to breastfeed).
