    1. Your Name or Screen Name Caroline from Arizona

    2. How long have you been TTC? This is the third month. TTC #1

    3. What are you doing this cycle? I've been on prenatals for a month and a half, fertility diet, no caffeine, OPKs, and BD of course ;)

    4. Where are you in your cycle? Waiting to O, CD11

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? More hopeful than last cycle but starting to get discouraged already at how I'm not one of these "first try!" People I keep knowing or hearing about :/

QOTW: What is a fun activity/hobby that you and your partner like to do together? We love working on projects for our house right now. On weekends we tend to geek out at Home Depot and come up with things we can do. Our house isn't a fixer upper or anything but we just love doing small projects to make things nicer or creative looking and doing a lot of work on the back yard at the moment too - starting a small garden which I've never done so we'll see! We also love going to the movies or making popcorn and having at home movie nights :)

Shout out to @dolphin012 and her 7 little embryos! Come on guys, you can do it! ;)

    5. I normally start getting flashing smileys on CD8 and O on day 10. Just blank circles so far. I'm trying to tell myself it's good that I'm not ovulating so early. But I'll be anxious until I have my first confirmed O since the D&C.

QOTW: We live on a big river, so we go kayaking sometimes. But it's quite a workout to keep up with DH. And we work on renovating our house, but that's hard work, too. My favorite things to do with DH are watching a movie together in bed and traveling.

    3. charting/temping, OPKs, vitamins, healthy eating, all that natural stuff :-)

    4. Currently in 2WW (CD28, 8dpo). I'm trying so hard to exercise will power and to not pee on any sticks this early. It's tough, so very tough. I'm hoping to make it to Sunday, which will be 12dpo. But every morning I'm tempted to whip out the sticks...

    5. I'm seriously all over the place. Totally blue and hopeless one minute, then thinking "Hmmm, maybe" the next. My temps have finally settled a bit in the med-high range. Honestly, I just don't feel pregnant at all. But who knows? Life is full of surprises...

H and I do a lot of fun things together. I'm a dance teacher and he comes to one of my dance classes and we actually perform together (this year he was a dancing hippo from Fantasia and he even wore adorable hippo ears). We also like to hike, travel, make lots of food, watch movies and just be silly. He's out of town this week so I'm totally missing him and his fun energy :-(

Sending lots of positive vibes to @dolphin012 and her 7 embryos!!!

Good luck everyone! I really need to see someone posting a BFP announcement soon....

QOTW: What is a fun activity/hobby that you and your partner like to do together?

Hubby and I bought a house a year ago.  He's been in it for a year, I've been there about 9 months.  So, we're doing lots of house stuff now.  This season's project: landscape our hostile front "yard".

    5. I feel like I'm on a rollercoaster of emotions and symptoms.  Totally exhausted, MOODY, feel feverish and flu-like, and everything tastes wierd.

QOTW: We used to spend a lot of time drawing together, but since the miscarriages things have really changed.  It seems like life has lost some of it's luster, I'm sad to say.  We do enjoy documentaries, several reality tv shows, movies & laying around together.  I think this summer will be more adventurous.  It's hard in Oregon during the cold rainy season, you just want to stay inside a lot.

    2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.?
TTC #2 for 13 months, 9 cycles actively trying, a few breaks for various reasons.

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?
Gonal-F 175 IU CD 3-7, ultrasound, trigger, IUI, progesterone supps.  Continuing CoQ10, Vit C, Vit E, DHA, PNV, Vit D, no alcohol, limited caffeine, no diet pop, higher protein/lower carb diet, etc, etc.

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
CD4, WTO.  If this cycle goes as previous ones do, I'd likely trigger next Tuesday and have IUI on Thursday, which happens to be my baby's 2nd birthday.  Seems like a good omen.

Pretty hopeful.  I'm looking forward to my first IUI since the beginning of MARCH!  I hope we can make some forward progress.

    1. Your Name or Screen Name (not full names) and State you are from.
    Kathleen from GA

    2. How long have you been TTC? Are you TTC #1,#2,#3, etc.?
TTC #1, nearing the end of third cycle.

    3. What are you doing this cycle? Are you seeking help with a fertility specialist (RE)? If so, what stage are you in? Charting/temping? Testing? Medicated cycles? IUI? IVF? DE?
    Medicated IUI with RE

    4. Where are you in your cycle? (Waiting to O, 2WW etc) If in the 2ww when will you test?
TWW, 12DPO.  Been peeing on a lot of sticks, all negative.  I'm pretty sure this cycle is a bust, starting to feel the cramps of impending AF.  "Official" pee stick day will be Saturday.

    5. How do you feel about this cycle? (Are you hopeful, anxious... etc)
Depressed.  I know that most people, if IUI will work, it will work the first few times.  I'm expecting HSG test this next month, and might take the cycle off to get that and any other tests the doctor recommended, destress, try acupuncture, bump up the exercise that I can't do on femara (since it makes my joints ache), since lack of exercise is depressing me.  Who knows, maybe the HSG will clear out the gunk in my tubes, and give me a better chance next time?  If my RE says we've gotten to the point where IVF makes sense, we'll get my wife checked out, and consider either getting her pregnant or using partner IVF, if her ovaries are in better condition than mine (her egg, my basket).

Edited to add-- my wife and I love to hike together!
Me- 39 (turning 40 in April), TTC for the first time ever (since Jan 2015), low ovarian reserve
Married 3/14/14 to my wonderful wife, but her sperm count is rather low
TTC with frozen donor sperm and science

    7 IUIs, 7 BFNs.
2 IVF attempts, both cancelled and converted to IUI, both BFNs.
Decided that my tired old ovaries are ready to retire.
Next step- reciprocal IVF, using my wife's eggs, my uterus!
fresh 5 day transfer (2 embryos) 4/17/17- BFP!
Identical twins "due" 1/2/17 (but anticipated arrival sometime December)

@KLake42, I'm actually really surprised your RE didn't do a HSG prior to doing IUI.  What if your tubes ARE blocked? I hope they're not obviously, but maybe they just need the cobwebs swept away.  My daughter was a first cycle post-HSG baby, so it does happen!!  Good luck!

My BBT is so straightforward and telling that if I see it drop starting at 12dpo I will know without a doubt that the cycle is a bust, and I won't even get to experience the fun of testing. I will cry and hope that my LP lasts at least another couple of days.

QOTW - We do everything together. We work, study, dance, sing, cook, shop, exercise, take walks, run errands, travel, play games and so on and on, together. These days that our schedules allow it, we're into enjoying our local park and going to our favourite lounge for a romantic evening.

@emsmama15, we didn't do it at first because this was my first time ever trying to get pregnant.  I didn't go to the RE because I was having trouble getting pregnant at home-- it's because I'm gay, and the at-home inseminations with donor sperm is actually illegal where I live, so I had to go to a doctor.  I'm also self-pay, so they wanted to minimize costs for me.

But I'm also 38 (was 37 when I started) and tested low reserve, so the RE was the way to go (rather than trying to do it at home, ignoring the law).  I'm hoping that there are no blockages, but maybe just a little gunk that needs to be cleaned out.  I'm not looking forward to the procedure, but I know it can increase fertility a bit just to be flushed out, and I'll take that!

@dolphin012- Thank you!  And I'm so happy to hear about your embryos!!
