Varicose veins

is anyone having trouble with varicose veins. I feel like they have taken over my legs. I wear the compression hose to sleep and it's not really helping. Any other suggestions??? Thanks

    Spider veins have completely taken over my lower leg and foot on one leg. I hate it!!

    Did your doctor recommend you to wear them at night? I have them really bad on my right leg and am supposed to put them on in the morning before I get out of bed and move around a lot but have never heard about wearing them to bed..

    My doctor recommends compression stockings too and also going for walks to keep the blood flowing to prevents any clotting. Although to be fair I have had my varicose veins since I was in my early twenties.
