Spotting days after Egg Transfer?

As most of you may know, I had my transfer on Monday with two Day 5 embryos. I initially had some cramping (no other issues) but I've felt fine the past two days. This morning I woke up with some mild cramping and light spotting. I know spotting can be normal, but I didn't think I would see it four days after. I am using Endometrin tablets vaginally AM/PM and taking Estradiol once daily PM. What do you guys think????
Me: 36 DH: 38 -TTC since May 2011. Bilateral mid-tubal blockages. Starting first IVF minimal stim cycle in June. Labs-Day 3: TSH 1.60mIU/L FSH 6.8mIU/mL Estradiol 46 pg/mL Day 10: FSH 5.3mIU/mL

    I think I'd call your doc and get an early progesterone reading. I had this and had to immediately have my progesterone dosage doubled. It may be nothing but better to call and see.

    I called after-hours. She said for me to rest with my feet up and drink lots of water today. She did say the tablets can be irritating and to make sure I'm not inserting them too deeply. I just didn't think I would spot this many days after the transfer.

    I had my egg retrieval Tuesday and was spotting until Friday. Very minor though. Hope you are doing well!

    I had bright red blood the afternoon before my transfer with a clot. Everything was fine. I did tell my doc. The bleeding stopped and they think it was delayed from the egg retrieval. All went well after that. Freaked me out at the time though.
