Yes, I had this with both my pregnancies. Really terrible with the first to the point where I could barely walk at times. This time it mostly hurts while lying down too or when I try to get up from a lying position. It is your joints in your body relaxing due to the relaxin hormone. If you do a quick search, there are a couple of other threads about this/SPD. Good luck!
Yes I've had this for 2 weeks and I'm 9 weeks today. I have finally found a combo of pillows and angling my body to where there is not full direct pressure on my hips. I've finally got a good nights sleep past 3 nights! Pillow between my knees, one kind of wedged under my butt and lower back, and one wedged in my front pelvis. Then I turn just so I'm almost sleeping on my stomach, but still considered on my side. I found relief!! At first I was waking up crying. Wish you the best and hope you find what works for you!! I have been to busy to keep up the past two weeks, but I think exercise and stretching may help, and drinking TONS of water. I'm currently doing 100+\- ounces a day. But everyone is different!
I have this same issue and had it during my last pregnancy too. I got to the chiropractor regularly and sleep with a pillow between my legs. Good luck.
