Fell on my knees... FREAkING out!

So I'm really worried right now. I had my 12 week scan yesterday and everything looked great! Just now my cat knocked over both a milk and water breaking a glass so my husband yelled for my help. I jumped up and moved too fast and fell on my knees. I am so worried right now. I'm sorry if I sound ridiculous I felt like I was finally able to breathe after yesterday's appointment and am now so scared something terrible could have happened.

If you didn't land on your stomach you should be fine. But if you start cramping or bleeding or just really feel worried call your dr/go to urgent care or er

If it makes you feel better, most small car accidents wouldn't cause any harm. Unless you start bleeding, don't worry about small stuff. Our bodies are meant to protect babies from a lot of stuff.

Thank you for your responses. I'm just laying down now. I find myself so worried every time something happens that could in any way harm our Little bean. I feel like I can't decide when I should panic and what's not too big of a deal.

Try not to stress over things, that could lead to more issues than the issue itself. I'm sure everything is fine

I straight up face planted on the sidewalk leaving my neighbors house the other night...no worries. It happens. I didn't fall on my stomach, there's not much of one there yet anyway, but everything is fine. They say you're more clumsy while prego too so just be careful

I'm sure you are fine but call ob if you are concerned and obviously if you have any bleeding or cramping. I fell down the stairs hard this weekend and my dr wanted to see me. Then when I was there for the hb check they told me that the baby is so protected at this point that they weren't even worried. I was kind of mad they had me come in but I felt better after hearing the hb.

I slipped going down stairs and landed really hard on my bum. The fall left a bruise the size of my husbands hand. I was sick with worry but it was all ok. Don't stress, I believe they are pretty well protected I there. X

I'm so glad you are all okay! How far along are you ladies? I think I'm going to call my doctor once they open today to check in. I'll be 13 weeks tomorrow.

I called and they didn't even put me through to a dr, the receptionist said as long as I didn't fall on my belly is am fine, hoping she is right! We are telling my family today and tomorrow!

I'm 11weeks 2 days. Can't wait for my 12week scan nxt wk so I can start telling people. Good luck and keep us posted. I'm sure everything will be fine. : )
