Hello all! I've been lurking around on this board for about 5 months now. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 3.5 years but only have been seeing a specialist since January. We are on our 5th cycle doing iui. The first 3 I took clomid, and the last 2 we have added the fsh injections and trigger shot. We just had our 5th iui yesterday! I was told by a friend that pineapple aids in implantation. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it?! You take a whole pineapple and cut it up into 5 chunks. You start eating one chunk a day after ovulation. The key is to also eat the core, that's the part that helps with implantation because it contains bromelain. It apparently helps make the uterus more "sticky". Who knows, but I'm giving it a try. Just ate my first dose of pineapple!
I don't know about pineapple for implantation but I do know that it helps with inflammation. It's great for breast pain and also if you have a cough/sore throat.
