Eco-friendly detergent recommendations

I’m looking for recommendations for an eco-friendly (plant-based)
laundry detergent that would be good for baby and yet won’t have my baby
wearing clean clothes that make it look like I haven’t washed them in weeks! I’m
NOT looking for Free & Clear detergents or ones deemed ‘for baby’ (ie.
Purex, All, Dreft, etc)…these are far from eco-friendly and I would not use
them on my own skin, let alone a baby’s. Oh, I’m also not
mom-of-year-award-motivated enough to make my own. So commercially available,

I use soap nuts......but try doing a search for Then Comes Family as that is where the regulars of this board are now found.

I use Nellies, which is pretty natural, but cheaper than the specialty soaps. I get in in bulk through Costco. We use it on all our clothes and diapers.

Country Save here. Use it on all our clothes, loving it so far. I buy it at the grocery store.

I found it in maternity shops, a store chain called 'Nature's Emporium', and online from cozybums.ca. I suspect if you're near a Whole Foods they'd carry it too.
