Just wondering how many of your babies didn't meet all the 4 month
milestones? I have twin girls and 1 has a weak neck and doesn't do the
'push up' when on tummy time and she doesn't smile at everyone (she
smiles at certain people only but according to Pediatrician she should
be smiling at everyone) so the Pediatrician is concerned and now I'm
googling and thinking my daughter has several things on 'autism' list.
Anyone else having this concern?

Re: 4 month milestones (multiple post)
Our son is chunkier so I think that's part of the reason - tummy time was harder for him than for his sister. But he does stuff on his own schedule and when he wants to do it - he does it almost right away. His sister rolled sooner but took forever figuring out how to do it. Once little man decided he wanted to roll, he learned in a day. Be patient, give her time. Maybe she just isn't a fan of tummy time right now.
