The big O.. Problems.

sooo odd topic. Every time my boyfriend and I finish the deed and I get the "big O" I can feel my uterus tighten and it gets hard for a few minutes. Now I'm kind of weirded out by it. Any ideas? Doesn't seem like it effects the baby, it's just kinda odd and uncomfortable for a few minutes.

    Might want to check with your doctor, but from what I read, this is perfectly normal during orgasm.

    Normal. Your uterus contracts when you have an orgasm. As long as you aren't noticing possibly fluid leaking, you're fine.

    Is it the same kind of tightening when you laugh too hard or sneeze? If so, it's normal.

    Never noticed it before I was pregnant, maybe it's noticeable now cuz there's a baby in there and it's growing. It's probably nothing serious but I will ask my doctor about it at my next visit thank you!

    I asked my doctor because I noticed the same thing happening. She said its a contraction and can happen after orgasm. She said as long as it's not painful and I'm not bleeding that it's totally fine.

    I havent had an "O" since I got pregnant! I keep reading about how my libido should be on overdrive.

    Good to know though since I am PRAYING the drought doesnt last the remaining 4 months!

    Wait until your 8/9 months and you have full on braxton hicks! Totally normal. It shouldn't last for too long and you shouldn't be in unbearable pain but if you've not been told to avoid sex for medical reasons- then it happens to most women it's just some don't feel it/aren't aware. Don't worry and enjoy the "O"!

    Me either-nothing, nada, no interest! Been giving BJs more than I'd like to admit to keep hubby satisfied(doesn't take as long, and much less mental effort on my part). But WTF?! Anytime now! Anytime! (:|

    Mine was really low in the beginning. I wanted nothing to do with anything sex related. Boyfriend was getting grouchy(sadly he does that on a long dry spell) so I kinda gave in and just went with it one night, and then again a few nights later. Everything's been much better for me since then. Sex drive seems a lot better than it was in the beginning. Must've just had to get the hormones flowing the right way lol
