I mean, this happens to me when I'm not pregnant, so while I have been getting more bloody boogers, I haven't even thought twice about it. Happens the most when it's dry and when my allergies are acting up. I would suggest a humidifier, or if that's not possible, I used to put a tiny amount of Vaseline around the very outside of my nostrils when I was a kid. I got a lot of nosebleeds in dry weather so my mom started doing that to help a little with the dryness.
Just to add to the post. If you don't have anything helpful to say, then don't comment. Sometimes it's easier to ask people that are going through the same thing then just googling stuff. Thank you to everyone that's given advice, we live in Houston so it's already pretty humid here and we do have a humidifier for the baby. I'll try that out and see how it works out

No. This is not true. It's way easier to google something than to go to a website, log in, find a page to post on, post your weird, unrelated to pregnancy question, and wait for responses.
If you don't like the post. Then don't read it, it's that easy. And yes, it can be easier because if someone else is going through the same thing I can private message them about it. And when you're googling answers you can't continue to ask questions. I'm sorry that I got worried and tried to figure things out the best way I thought was possible. And it is related to MY pregnancy because I've never had bloody noses before.
We have way more blood in us now and im pretty sure our pressure changes often. I got like that during my second tri but then it went away after a few days. I chalked it up to being dry and I wasn't drinking enough water. Try to drink more water.

Wow everyone has gotten so bitchy on here, I though that is what this app is for to ask questions etc. pregnancy hormones must be going crazy for all those cranky ones )

If you are worried, the best possible way to figure something out is to call your doctor.
I get them too. I'm actually in the hospital now trying my best not to have baby early at 31w. The nose bleed is on the bottom of the problems list actually it's not even on the list. It's nothing I think you should be overly concerned with but mention to your doctor on the next visit. Good luck!
Yes, I've had this off-and-on the whole time. Increased blood flow, swollen mucus membranes and what-not. It's too humid for us to have a humidifier, so I just keep up on my allergy meds, take steamy showers, etc. Just another one of those weird anomalies to look back on when it's all over, I suppose.
I haven't had a nose bleed since high school until I got pregnant and I've had several this pregnancy. The worst was when I woke up and had bled in my nasal passages in my sleep so it was in my throat and then I coughed it up after I got up and was vertical. In my case this is definitely pregnancy and a result of increased blood and thin capillaries as others have mentioned. I also live in the south with extremely high humidity and it doesn't help. Nothing to worry about though. We are almost through this!
Well I'm actually going to respond with something helpful. I never had a problem with bloody noses out boggers before I was pregnant. i noticed around 3 months that all my boogers were bloody. It's super weird. But it's just a part of pregnancy. Nothing can fix it. Not a dehumidifier and it's not allergies. Just another part of being pregnant.

I don't know what the deal is but it seems that most people on here have been taking bitchy pills the last couple weeks. Pretty much every post I read has unnecessary snarky comments. Ignore them, pull out the pieces of advice that some people offered and forget about it! Like you said, if you don't like the post don't read it.
I know nothing about this bloody nose or boogers but if there is soemthing I do know is googling things makes things worse and worry more. If you would have googled it Google probably would have said it was nose cancer or something. I would just try Vaseline though especially with it being warm and humid because a humidifier will make it muggy hot inside. And I wouldn't listen to those making fun. Honestly I would rather read a post about bloody boogers than some of these other posts with people making fun of others on here.
You don't even need to Google it. Use the search function on this forum and it gives you lots of other posts on the same topic. Some are about babies, but you can skim through and see the same topic was discussed amongst moms-to-be multiple times. No one seems to want to take the time to do that (search) ever, which is why people get frustrated...the same things come up a million times, or people asking for medical advice. Also, with Google you just make your question a little more tailored....instead of just searching, "bloody boogers" you try, "is it normal to have bloody boogers during oregnancy?" Or put it on your list to ask your Dr at the next appt. Here are the search results from the boards though: https://forums.thebump.com/search?Search=Bloody+boogers&CategoryID=18492473
