Downtown: Mercy or Prentice?

I just moved downtown and am close to Mercy and Prentice. My hunch says Prentice (based on this forum, really) but has anyone ever heard anything about Mercy? Their website looks good (haha, I know, I will be touring each of these) but I wanted to see if anyone else had an opinion/heard anything.

No information on Mercy but I've had 2 previous babies at Prentice and would not go anywhere else for my third!

Prentice is amazing. I would highly recommend. I've lived in the City or nearby suburbs my entire life and Im a first time mom who had my son at Prentice and everyone was just amazing and wonderful! I don't know of anyone that has had their child at Mercy to compare, but hands down I think most people from the city would tell you Prentice

Love prentice!!! I had my first son at Loyola and when my doctor changed hospitals I followed her to Prentice. Best decision ever!! I'm about to have #4 there. Good luck!

I delivered at Prentice and loved it. The L&D nurses were the most amazing people ever. No complaints here!

I had my first at Mercy. It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I'm in the burbs now ams feel so well taken care of and the type was much nicer.

I had an insurance situation so I am delivering at Mercy. I'm annoyed but now that I actually live here full-time I'm looking forward to the delivery. Bah!
