  • I feel for you guys cause I was the same way my first pregnancy, I had 13 weeks of all day sickness.  This pregnancy is completely different, I have had no symptoms except mild tiredness for a day or 2.  Hang in there is does get better.

  • I hear you - that is all!
  • I was just complaining to my MIL how crappy I feel and I didn't want to go on 2.5 hr drive to take her home (she's visiting) and she was so sweet about it. Told me don't worry about it and now I get to stay home while hubby drives her tomorrow. I have an awesome MIL. And BTW pregnancy is an awesome excuse to get outta things you don't feel like doing! Haha

  • With my first I had zero symtoms but with baby #2 it's a whole new ball game. MS like a mofo.
Hang in here and that light of the second trimester tunnel is getting closer!!!
  • I am right there with you!  I had very slight queaziness with my DD, but this one is full-blown m/s.  I had a good day yesterday, but today it has come back full force.  I think DH is ready for me to feel better, too.  In the beginning he was very comforting and sympathetic... not so much anymore.

  • Amen. I know I have it easy without any severe ms (no throwing up and no nausea at all now that I'm on Diclegis), but the lack of appetite is killing me, all I want to eat is carbs, which isn't helping the normal pregnancy constipation at all. I can't wait to eat a vegetable again without wanting to die!

  • Ditto! I don't remember being this nauseous with my first pregnancy. Or having this many food aversions. I could sleep all day and still feel exhausted. I feel bad because I think my hubby is tired of me being tired...please let this stop soon! I want my appetite and my energy back! Wishing all you ladies a healthy pregnancy and a near future with little to no-more "blah" feelings.
  • With my daughter I had morning sickness from the time I found out until the day I had her! Absolutely awful! This time I'm in fear for the same thing. I haven't puked as much, but I stay nauseous and continuously gag. I keep telling myself that it'll end, but I hope it's before January gets here!
  • 12 weeks tomorrow, but not holding my breath that the m/s will stop...I just want to clean my kitchen without gagging!!!
  • I hear you. I've had almost nonstop migraines and I have had a very picky appetite. I mean if I smell something that I don't like while I'm eating, it takes everything I have to not be sick. My sleep is all screwed up and I have acne. I took it for granted how easy my first was. No symptoms but a growing belly and this one Is absolutely terrible.

@MissMelisa I know what you mean...this pregnancy has thrown me for a loop too...almost constant headaches and migraines, all day nausea, no appetite for me, waking up for a few hours each night. And my first was the same as you, super easy and just a growing belly lol I was not expecting this. Makes me feel bad for my ds, I don't have the energy to keep up with him.
Here's to hoping everything improves in the second trimester for all of us! Fingers crossed lol
