Puregon Stimming with PCOS

Hi,
Im 26 & diagnosed with PCOS with a high AMH of 16.4
I've started stimming @ 50iu from cd 2 and gradually adding bit by bit after going for ultrasounds every couple of days due to pcos as concerned I'll overstim.
Yesterday they managed to find x3 follicles measuring 12 mm, they have now upped my dose to 250 iu for 2 days & am to go again tomorrow for another ultrasound.
Any success experiences with similar situations pls?
I feel like Im going crazy & keep thinking that this is not going to work
