low amniotic levels

Anyone is now or has been diagnosed wit low fluids. I'm currently in L&D since Friday because at my appointment Dr discovered it on the scan and baby is growing well according to her gestational age. Not sure if I must expect and earlier delivery. ..I'm now 35 weeks or will dr send me home to wait it out. Please share your positive experiences.

How low? I think that if they're under 5 it's risky for the baby.

With my first I had low levels at 41 weeks and they induced me. My doc was concerned because it was a 7. I guess it depends on the doc what you do at 35 weeks. Any update?

If it is under 5 they usually induce right away. My friend was 36 weeks and her fluid was a 3, they sent her right over to be induced. The induction took a long time because she had not made any progress on her own, but in the end baby and her were just fine

At my 34 week ultrasound, they saw that i had 6.7 of liquid, they sent me over to the labor room to get checked if there was any leakage.
There wasn't so they put me on an iv to get rehydrated and sent me home. I got really scared when i got to the labor room, because i wasnt expecting that. But it all went well and Now i just have to make sure i drink tons of water every day!

I had low fluids with my last pregnancy. I went in for an ultra sound at 36 weeks & they told me I needed to have a c section that day! Baby was breach. I was so worried & nervous but everything should go fine with you. They wouldn't do anything to harm you or baby.
