Morning sickness remedies

hi ladies,
I'm new here so trying to get a feel for the app. I'm sure this has been asked many times...but what works for you to decrease the nausea? I have it all day sometimes. Luckily for me it isn't accompanied by vomiting, but it is miserable. I feel like I have a stomach bug between the nausea and exhaustion. Any ideas would be awesome!!
Thanks!!

Re: Morning sickness remedies

  • Thanks everyone! I think I will try out the sea bands. This is much harder the second time around now that I have kiddos to take care of. It was easier the first pregnancy when I could lay around haha. I wish I could have saltines, but I'm totally allergic to gluten (celiac disease). I haven't found a gluten free cracker that compares yet! Still searching :)

Also Celiac I love Scharr brand GF Graham Crackers.
  • A gf of mine is pregnant with twins and swears by diclegis. I got it from my RE this morning bc I'm almost 5 weeks and it takes about 2 weeks to work. I've only had 3 nausea spells that last about 5 mins at a time but my gf started throwing up at 11 weeks and has lost 20 lbs! I don't want that so I'm trying to be proactive and prevent it before it gets that bad. Good luck ladies!
  • Dill pickles work for me lol. Weird but it works.
