I doubt it but I wouldn't use it unless I were actually going to a prenatal appointment. If you need to use it for other reasons, schedule an appointment early in the morning so you have the rest of the day to do what you need
If you are using FMLA time intermittently, your employer has the right to ask for medical documentation to ensure the reason you were off is related to your FMLA request.
