Boys names. Help!

Hello ladies!  Have any of you through of any awesome boy names that you would like to share?  We have a ton of options we like for girls names but none for boys and I have a feeling it is going to be a boy!

Re: Boys names. Help!

  • Do you have some basic criteria from your SO to go by? We have completely different criteria for boy names and girl names in our house. Boy names tend to be safer, more traditional.

  • I have a ton...
    Deckland
    Elijah
    Enoch
    Ethan
    Michael
    Jarred
    Theo (not Theodore)
    Evan
    Maddox
    Davis
    Smith
    Aaron
    Charles
    Koi
    David
    Brendan

    Hope this helps/inspires. Good luck!
  • Super jealous of all you ladies who actually have options on what your boy names are. Dh wants to keep the initials the same as his and his fathers for this baby, so the first name has to start with a B... He has literally shot down every single B name for a boy except Blake. I have been on so many different websites for baby names and read every single one to him, and the only one he likes is Blake. So frustrating, but I suppose if he thinks it's family tradition (even though it's only him and his dad with the same initials) then so be it. I won't argue.
  • I have always liked the name Breckin or Brecken (after the actor Breckin Meyer).
  • Our boy name (including middle name) is Hunter James.

@babybluu B names can be hard! We have a "b" theme with out kiddos right now...son is Boston and daughter is Berkeley. We may veer to "m" names this round, but not completely decided yet.

We have a list of b names though, here are some: bear, Bennett, Britain, Benton, brooks
  • Here's boy names we have on a list (the previous b names I posted are on it too)

Draper, Edison, Hendrix, miller, merrick, Rowan, Ryder
  • @babybluu If you really need him to let go of Blake for a hot minute so he can AT LEAST start considering the other B options, just start chanting "Blake the Flake" ;)

Omgggggg Lizzie hahahaha. Now I don't think I like Blake anymore either lol. But I do like Beckett like someone else suggested!

  • @Lizzie5831 Hahahahah too funny! "Ba-lah-Kay!" Hahaha I had no idea what he was trying to say.
  • Bernard, Brendan, Brandon
  • @Lizzie5831 you always make me laugh! Love the skit!

  • @babybluu have you considered the boys names Beric? Or Bejen? Or Beren, or Bowen!? Haha I read fantasy novels constantly and I think the Names are so beautiful
  • Benjen** whoops
  • Benjamin is the only B name I can think of that I personally really like!

I think it's really strong name and Ben is a great nn.
  • Ryan I am in love with Ryan!

We're doing the initials thing too. It's just my husband and his dad so far but I want to start that tradition. Ours in an M name and he and his dad have two of the most common M names out there. But we found one we both love and I'm sure you'll find a B name you'll both love too!
  • I didn't realize how popular the initial thing is! DH insists on that also- he is 3rd generation with G.E. So we have Griffin Edward, Grady Ethan, and Gavin Elliot.
B names are hard- I love Beckett too! That is a great one!

Two years, two losses and three IUIs...

    We are having TRIPLETS!

Oscar is soooo cute! I gave my mom an Oscar replica statue that says best Nana as our pregnancy reveal. Right now I am leaning towards Elliot or Simon but Oscar is growing on me more and more

  • My best friend just had a son named Brayden. The only other ones I can think of are Brett, Bryan, Bentley, and Byron.

    We're going with Jack :)

  • I like Benito but husband vetoed it on account that it was Mussolini's first name.

We have 0 boys names. ZERO!
  • Brooks, Connor, Thomas, Liam, Mason, Parker, Camdyn, Max, Jackson, Cameron...
  • If you haven't already, you should check out Nymbler.com.  You put in a name or names you already like and it generates a bunch of other suggestions.
