Severe hip pain

Severe hip pain this time around :/ pretty sure its pubis symphysis disfunction.. gonna try the belt, fingers crossed... but soo miserable, hips\upper legs hurt to get in car, go up stairs, turn in bed, put on pants, get up out of chair, etc... i hear popping or grinding sometimes, ugh FML! Meanwhile the men are fine and dandy wtf.. oh well, a blessing but its gonna be tough.. I'm wonder if its gonna get worse as i get bigger :( first pregnancy was NOTHING like this. Anyone else in severe pain and doc says its normal and im fineof course

    I've had hip problems my whole life so I completely understand how painful it is. I hope it gets better for you!

    That's how I feel! I talked to my doctor and he said its normal and a pregnancy belt should help. I don't have time to be in this kinda pain. I have to work all day and take care of the house when I get home. I know they say to relax but it's hard to just stop everything your use to doing. Hope you start to feel better with the belt and not like we're 80!
