Very Acidic Stomach

I am having the worst time with an acidic stomach. Its not heartburn or acid reflux, its in the pit of my stomach and it is horrible!!!! Is anyone else experiencing this? Does anyone know why? Its like a sour stomach feel, like lava behind my bellybutton!

Your stomach is actually Higher than your belly button I believe. What you are describing maybe in your intestines. Did you try anything for indigestion?

I had never taken Tums before but tried them for this very reason and they have helped SO much!

Tums might work, you might try eating alkaline foods and/or drinking alkaline water. I found some at the grocery store. The water really helped!!

i agree with Elizabella, try alkalinizing foods such as lemon/lemon water.

Zantac! I felt like I had a ball of burning acid in my stomach for weeks! I started taking Zantac in the morning before breakfast, and it was a life saver!
