I just had to pick up my prescription. My dr gave it to me after the appointment yesterday but cvs pharmacy sucks and was super behind, so even though they called it in, it wasn't ready and cvs didn't call me so I missed taking it last night. I'm kind of mad about that, but whatever. I think mine is 200mg. Not sure though, would have to go find the bottle.
My doctor just called me in a script. Not sure for how long yet. What was your progesterone level? Mine was 10.8 but have had 3 misses in the past. Trying to be extra careful.
I'm 5wks 5d today and on 200mg orally a day till week 8 I think and then we'll test my levels again. At 4.5 wks my level was at 13.3 so my dr prescribed it. I go June 30 for my first ultrasound so I'm praying the progesterone is working!
I'm wondering the same thing. My dr won't have bloodwork done until adter my first appt (will be 7w5d this time for my first appt) which i find to be odd since ive had multiple mc in a row.
@4N6s- How do they test for progesterone? I want to get tested this time around.
They are able to check your progesterone level by taking blood. I had 1 mc before we had our son, and because of the mc, the office had me come in the day after I had a positive pregnancy test. With my son and with this pregnancy, my progesterone was lower than they like to see, so I take supplements- though mine are in pill form.

Thanks! I miscarried at ~12 weeks last September and never had my blood drawn. I'm demanding it this time. thanks!
I'm on 400mg plus an injection once a week as I started bleeding on Wednesday. They did a scan and there was a heartbeat and all looks well so hopefully it's working
I will start injections at 16 weeks to try to prevent early preterm labor, which is what caused me to lose my son at 20 weeks in my last pregnancy. He was due today.
