She says it's a boy too. But she's a young, new tech. The only picture we've gotten has been this one & it isn't the best picture so it's a little concerning

It's not concerning. Concerning would be a heart defect, brain problem, trisomy, etc. You not knowing if it's a penis or not is not an issue. First world problem. You'll know for sure before long. In the meantime, consider yourself team green.
An ultrasound tech (even a young one) is way more qualified than a bunch of internet strangers to tell you this. If you really must know, go pay for a 3D u/s at an independent place.

This is not concerning. Also, why in the world is this an ASAP request?!? You're like that person in the office who sends every email with the high importance exclamation point.... FFS.
Looks like a dinosaur to me... Just kidding. I'm no ultrasound tech and I dont think anyone on our board is. I mean I can guess for you but i really don't know what I'm looking at. Trust your tech. She should know what she's talking about.
As a fully qualieifed ultrasound tech internet stranger with no training or education I can say without a shadow of a doubt it's a baby. As for sex, well, best bet is what the professional said
Maybe concerning wasn't the best word choice. But you know what I mean, who wouldn't want to know what they're having (if they want to know of course..)

I'm beyond thankful for our healthy baby.
I'm not trying to harp on you today, but many people don't want to know what they're having. It's called "team green."
And if you're dying to know, then go pay for a private ultrasound.
Welp, I can tell you that it definitely doesn't look like my ultrasound picture of a girl. Also, if you ever plan on having another baby, it's best to go gender neutral anyway. Then you don't have to replace everything if your next child is a different sex.
Just another thought on this topic. If you are so unsure of your techs ability to get the gender right are you equally concerned that they missed something else huge that would actually be concerning? Having a penis or not is not concerning. However, having a baby born with a major defect is. If you can't trust her to spot a penis I wouldn't trust her to tell you everything else was ok. Maybe we should get our priorities straight. Yea I know I'm coming down on you really hard but finding out the sex of my kid was the least of my worries when I went into get an ultrasound. It must be nice to live in a world where the worst of my problems was if it was a girl or boy. :-/
2 threads started by her on the same thing today and both edited to go away and attempted DD. Tisk, Tisk OP! Good thing I got you above QFP, but either way, it's very rude to dirty delete!

With that said though....it's pretty clear that this is a boy. However, don't quote me.
