Sometimes if I sit for too long it feels like my baby is tearing my vagina up! It's so painful in my vagina those first few steps after sitting for a long period of time!
Could be tight pubic muscles. My Webster method chiropractor works mine out with an activator and I do gentle massage along the top ridge, up to my hip bones in circular motions. The pubic muscle is essential in letting that triangle plate in front of your crotch relax and expand horizontally to let baby pass through the narrow opening. Yep. The front of my pubic bone has felt this way for a couple weeks (I'm 36.6 now). Just like I got kicked square in the crotch. It's worse when I spread my legs, like when I get out of bed one leg at a time instead of keeping my knees together. Apparently, it's all normal.
