mucus plug or na??

I'm 30 weeks pregnant with identical twins first pregnancy, lately I've had this white thick discharge come out its like it falls out it feels weird no there isn't blood but could it be my mucus plug?? I know it's not thrush. Can anyone help me please

TMI post...but I have had the same thing happen to me so I bought I would respond. Probably just excess discharge falling out when you use the washroom. A mucous plug is more mucousy. As in jelly like.

Sounds like the standard discharge to me.

Your mucus plug will be very gelatin like - possibly with some brownish spotting within. Almost like you have a really bad cold and you have junk in your nose type of thing. Sticky, squishy and jelly like.

It is also possible to lose pieces of your plug without it meaning that labor is around the corner. Just keep your eye out for other symptoms. If you begin spotting or what not - definitely call your OB.
