Vitamin code Raw Prenatals

i take these, and it says you have to take 1 pill 3 times a day. Sometimes I have a hard time taking 3 separate and take 2 together. Do you think this is bad to do? Anyone take them?

    I take all three at once. I think it's fine. Spreading them out just helps them absorb better but it shouldn't matter too much.

    I take the same thing along with some fish oil pills. I just took all 7 of them at the same time because I felt like doo doo all day. Oops. Usually I take one in the morning and two at night. For some reason, taking them with milk makes it easier for me. Probably has to do with the fact that I don't taste them anymore and they don't get stuck in my throat like they do if I take them with water

    I take those too....I try and seperate them but often take two pretty close together. I've also read that some ladies empty the capsules into juice or smoothies.
