  You could use your fingers and count as well...1 month would be four weeks, and one finger...2 months is 8 weeks and 2 fingers, ect.
  
  And BTW 6 weeks would be one and a half months...

  The average number of weeks per month is 4.3, so six months would be approximately 25 weeks.
