First time on Clomid-- Day 15 I had 3 folli's

Hi! I am new to the bump and have been trying for about 5 months. Problem was is that I didn't ovulate or have a period after the pill (got off in January)... so I got monitored, and he popped me on 50mg of Clomid, and Premarin... I went in on Monday and I had 18, 16 and 10mm folli's and some tiny ones. My lining was at an 8.2... I am having a lot of pulling pains on day 17, and was wondering a few things? They did the patency u/s last monday, and all looked good!

1. What size are follicles when they rupture?

2. Has anyone had luck with these size follies?

3. Am i wild to think that I might not ovulate at all??

4. Does anyone have pulling/pressure when they sit down to pee? I feel it on both sides (my 10,16 are on left, and 18 is on right)

I worry about this b/c for an unexplained reason (never had a problem with spontaneous menses on pill/or off for years) I don't know why this is happening!

Follicles can be different sizes when they rupture. That 'pulling/pressure' feeling is a good sign that something is going on. You shouldn't worry about not ovulating, you almost certainly will with those sizes, especially if you had the trigger shot.
