Ovary cyst/pain?

Im 5 weeks and a few days pregnant. Ever since I found out that I'm pregnant I get what feels like ovary pains on my right side. They come and go and some can be strong others not so much. The dr. Isn't concern as long as I'm not bleeding. My first ultrasound is Jul 2nd. I'm scared I might have an ectopic pregnancy but I was told it could be a cyst and not to worry unless I bleed. Anyone have a cyst in an ovary that would like to chare their symptoms with me. I'm going crazy..

    Ovarian cysts can range from a mild pain to extremely painful. I am prone to them. I say try not to stress unless you can't take the pain or you bleed. I googled ectopic pregnancy and I felt better after reading about who is high risk for them since I didn't fall into any of the categories.

    I'm having the same symptoms. I've had cysts in the past and this feels like a cyst again. It's very common and will go away when the placenta takes over in the 4th month.

    I know the pains can be unnerving but cysts can get pretty big. The last one I had was the size of a nectarine and it was during a pregnancy.

    I also had cyst pain at 5 weeks with no bleeding. I felt like the gas and bloating made it even worse!

    Same here they did 2 ultrasound to rule out ectopic and the pain has slowed some!

    I have the same thing. Mine is more of a discomfort though that can be sharp and comes and goes. I've been getting them quite a bit in the area of my right ovary, but also experience them in other parts of my lower abdomen. I'm trying not to worry too much and wait until my ultrasound on June 30.

    I'm 5w3d and I just found out at my ultrasound yesterday that I have a cyst on each over. They're the cause for my spotting as well as my cramps. I've also experienced a few sharp stabbing pains in my lower abdomen that my gyno is attributing to these.
