So last month I got my normal period ( April 24-April 29) and then I also got ANOTHER period (may 5-May 7). I bought a 99 cent test at Walmart and it came back negative. So you think I should test again? Or is it most likely something else?
We can't really tell you. When did you test? How long are your cycles usually? Do you think you are late? If you think you might be pregnant, take another test.
I tested Sunday night, when my app on my phone said my period was 14 days late. I usually have a pretty normal cycle. I guess my question more so would be, did anyone ever test two weeks late and get a negative but yet still ended up actually being pregnant?
Unfortunately, we can't tell if you are pregnant. It's actually against the guidelines to ask. However, if you have tested and it says negative, then you are not pregnant. You can always retest in a few days. Your cycle can change at anytime, bodies are not machines. If you are interested- the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility is recommended to get to know your body better.

If they did, but that's not what's happening to you, how would that be helpful?
If the pregnancy test was negative, you're not pregnant. If you think you took the pregnancy test to early, take another one. If you don't have a period for 60 days, it'd be time to call the doctor.
Do you know you ovulated? Are you charting? Most people on this board use Fertility Friend. A calendar app is only guessing when your period is "on time" or "late" what actually happens to you can be totally different.

Alright ladies, sorry for being uneducated. If I knew how to delete this post I would!
Well then you've come to the right place to be educated! You need to read an amazing a book called Taking Charge of Your Fertility. Also, you might be interested to know that a pregnancy test will turn positive before you get any symptoms and it turns positive within a day or two of implantation. Implantation is 7-10 days after ovulation. Also, if your period is late and the test is negative, that means that you ovulated later or haven't ovulated at all this cycle. Good luck and I hope you learn a little from our board.
I have no idea. None of us have any idea. The same thing happened to me last fall...i've never been pregnant. It was just a weird cycle.

No. If you are really 14 days late you should have a positive pregnancy test.
I got my very positive tests with my son at 16DPO. Odds are you ovulated later or not at all.

If you think you might be pregnant, take another test.
