Maternity Leave and small business

Hi Ladies. FTM and due at the end of July. Trying to navigate FMLA and NJFLA and short term disability. Its so complicated! Does anyone have experience with small business and what im entitled to? I put in for short term disability already with my boss....2 weeks before baby is due and 6 weeks after. But today she has posted my job online with no mention of short term cover etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    With the small business unfortunately they do not have to hold your job :( I'm concerned with this myself for once I go on short term but just hoping they will still see that I'm an asset and welcome me back.
