Tested positive and now bleeding !

Hi there ! Just yst I was so upbeat and going through all the happy chats. And now my world has turned upside down again. This is my second time TTC. I have a son and last year I suffered a miscarriage.. No fetal heartbeat was detected ! It took me an year to get preg again and now aft testing positive for preg, I have started bleeding a week aft my missed period ! I am feeling so hopeless right now... Wish there was a way I could make it all right ! What is going wrong with me ?

    Call your doctor right away, it could still be ok. I've bleed/spotted since 2 days after I got my BFP and as of now baby is growing properly and the doctors aren't' too worried. Some women just spot/bleed during their pregnancies (not that hearing that makes it any less scary). FX for you!

    Call your doctor. How much are you bleeding (or is it just spotting)? I've been bleeding off and on for over a week now and saw my baby's heartbeat on an ultrasound yesterday. If it's a lot of bleeding, bright red and cramping then they might tell you to go to the er. If it's brown and just a little it's probably not a big concern and they might bring you in for an early check or tell you just to keep monitoring.
