Hey ladies ! Any runners in the group? Have you been running since you found out? I run about 25 miles a week and want to continue. I just get so scared in the beginning! I stopped running last pregnancy and regretted it everyday
Hi! I am a runner as well. Took some time off due to injury over the past fe months. Now I am covering about 3 quick miles every other day. I am hoping to continue running as it is a huge stress reliever for me. My goal is to listen to by body and not overdo it. It is way too hot to run outside right now so I will be staying on the treadmill or very early morning.

I'm sticking with the treadmill too. Hoping to do about 3-4 miles per day with a 5 miler in the mix some where. If I can do that, I'll be thrilled!
I'm still running, but a bit less distance. Trying to keep it to around five miles every other day or no more than 3-4/day. Walking quite a bit though (average 6 miles/day) usually with a decently heavy commuter bag. Also still dancing (ballet), but just casually with barre exercises.

I'm a runner and I'm hoping to continue as long as I can. I did a marathon in Jan and really burned out training for it, so my mileage is much less. I was actually working on my spend when I got my BFP. I've nixed that idea and am taking it easy. I average 15-20 miles a week.
I'm trying to add yoga into the mix because I seem to be getting more stiff and sore lately. Probably other life factors though.
I ran about 20 miles/week until exhaustion started in. Now I'm lucky to move! I ran about 5 miles last week and will probably get a run in tonight as well. I did lower my miles to not get overheated as I tend to do.
I am also going to start yoga. I had SPD w/ DD and I'm hoping my continuing to strengthen my core, it will help. Here's to hope!
I'm not running right now thanks to morning sickness, but I want to keep going as long as I can. I'm signed up for a half marathon at the end of September.
I run shorter distances (the most I've done is a half marathon) and I'm planning to continue as long as I feel up to it! I'm signed up for a 3-race event (4 mi, 5k, 1mi within 2 days) in August and a Spartan (sprint) race in September. I plan to continue training as my body allows and still do both!
