On my old BMB we used to do Meal Plan Mondays---where everyone would post what they had planned for dinner that week or what they hoped to make. We started it early on and it really helped stay on track for eating healthy and when baby cam and I went back to work I had a routine since it wasn't easy to stop at the store mid-week having a LO like it was before kids. Thought I would try this post on this board for a few weeks and see if anyone is interested. It's also great to get new ideas from other mommy's on what to make for dinner.
Monday: Pork roast (crock pot) tater tots and steamed carrots
Tuesday: Spaghetti
Wednesday: Flank steak fajitas
Thursday: Chicken Stir-Fry and brown rice
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Out or BBQ at home depending on the weather

I love to cook but I def don't do it every day - maybe 3 days/week.
