It all depends on you and what your body does. I'm bringing overnight and regular always infinity. The new foam ones. We will see how they work. Maybe just use the hospitals until you know how bad your bleeding is gonna be so you don't bleed through onto all your clothes.
I didn't use pads once I got home last time, I used depends. It was much easier and less messy. I'll probably do the same this time.

The hospital will give you really really thick bulky ones while there and to take home.. They kind of suck, but they work. Then after your heavy bleeding stops, the overnights work great, then regular, then after bleedings done, panty liners will be life saver because you will spot for awhile.
I know I needed the really thick pads when i first came home. I took what I had left from the hospital and then bought some more when I ran out of those.
It "depends.." Stupid pun... I got Depends though. A tad bit humiliating to go to the cash register with those but they were less worrisome to have at the hospital. I didn't have to worry about bleeding on everything.
