37 weeks and having trouble breathing

Hi All,

I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same symptoms. I am almost 38 weeks and am having the hardest time breathing, especially at night and can not get comfortable. I also noticed my feet starting to swell today after work. I have had a really good pregnancy up until now. Does anyone have any advice?

    Yes, I have bad asthma though and with pregnancy it has gotten worst. I try to keep straight when I sleep at night and I do breathing exercises throughout the day. I also take albuterol non stop haha but I am also on spiriva, advair and singulair. My suggestion to you is to do breathing exercises and stay straight. It helps your posture and your lungs to expand. Good luck! :)
