Spotting

Hi everyone my names Daisy and I'm 5 weeks and 2 days pregnant. Has anyone experienced any spotting? I went to the bathroom and noticed light pink spots. I called my doctor and she said it was normal. I even went in for a pelvic exam just to see if I wasn't having an ectopic pregnancy and everything seemed to be fine. Has anyone experienced this? It's my first pregnancy so I was really worried

    Yep, did the same thing today. I'm going back in on Wednesday to check my blood work again, but I've had a previous mc, so I think it's pretty standard after that. Try to relax, it's probably nothing but I know that is easier said than done.

    Same here. I had one or 2 spots at 9dpo then again yesterday. They've been very slight and pink but I didn't spotting with my last pregnancy. I'm a little worried but I haven't been in to the midwife yet. I'm just trying to relax and drink more water.

    I had spotting with my first (around 8ish weeks if I remember correctly) and a bit of spotting a little later after BD with the hubs with the second. None so far this time but I know how stressful it can be. It is normal, try not to worry!

    I bled for about five days, never enough to fill a pad and never with cramping. I was freaking out - it's hard to see blood when you feel like there shouldn't be. Take a deep breath, put your feet up, and try to relax.

    I have spotted pretty much since I found out I was pregnant. Some days it's worse than others, if I'm more active, on my feet more, etc. All my hcg levels were good and doubled properly. We saw the baby last Thursday and it had a good heartbeat. If I was you, I would put myself on pelvic rest until you see the doctor. My doctor pretty much told me nothing in my vagina at all until the spotting stops. Good luck!
