36w6d and dr. Says I have a big baby

I had my 36 week check up last Friday and the doctor told me I have a big baby. Not by ultrasound but just by looking and doing cervix check. Should I be worried??

    There is no way to know how big your baby is until he/she is here.

    Nope, some people just have big babies and some have small babies...average babies. It's just an estimate :)

    I am 36+4wks with baby no.4 and had a growth scan today. baby is weighing approx 8lbs 9oz today - I've had regular scans throughout the pregnancy so I think it's probably damned close.. But I'm not going to worry too much and just concentrate on getting this (not so) little person out! Good luck!

    My dr told me DS1 was going to be over 10lbs. He came out at 7lb 4oz. They have no idea and you never know.
