Smells Smells Smells

Yum-I've reached the part of pregnancy where every smell is an assault to my nose.  I actually found my deodorant so repulsive this morning that I took another shower a few hours later after applying it because the smell was making me so nauseous.  I'm now wearing no deodorant on a 97 degree day while I wait for my son to wake up so we can go to Target and buy some new unscented deodorant.

Oh I can also smell the garbage cans located in my garage below my bedroom (my husband swears I'm insane since he doesn't smell it)-now all I smell is hot garbage when I go to bed (will probably move garbage cans today if I can hold my breath long enough).

What smells have you been assaulted with today?

    The ocean. I work right on the water and if the tide is out when I roll my window down to swipe to get in the garage, I almost lose it every morning.

    Last Friday - I was working on a project at another location in our building and all I kept thinking was "who is wearing SO much perfume, seriously!" It ended up being me - my jacket had leftover perfume on it from a few days before. :/ (guess I missed the part for today, haha!)

    Ugh, yeah DH told me he needs to get me some nose plugs because he's tired of me telling him he has smelly feet, breath, and pits. Lol. I can't even look at any meat..

    DH deodorant, DH body wash, dryer sheets, our detergent and cumin. :/

    SF reeks of BO and BM--period. Go 'head and call these to mind, add in the bay fish stench and weed fumes wafting in the blustery June wind, and you've got a pretty solid scentscape of my day. And that's just outdoors. Then there are the stinky bodies at home and the many products we use to cover them up... which stink just as bad. I offend myself with my own smell half the time and plain overwhelm myself with product scents the other half. (Niiiice, right?) Meh, it's really just a tad annoying. But the worst is that I can smell when 'someone' (ahem, DH) MBs three rooms away. No joke. Luckily I don't have the voms yet...
