  I'm exactly the same days and have been having the same cramping. Bring it up to your dr but don't stress. I believe it's normal. Our bodies are going through a lot right now getting ready for labor. Your baby should also be making their way into birthing position which may be the reason for your cramping. Make sure your drinking plenty of water! It's so important and really can be a big reason for cramping! My digestion and everything is changing right now. I have a feeling I'm not making it the full 40 weeks but another two and we'll be considered full term so just try to drink up and keep that baby cooking !

  I had that exactly before my labor started and my doc said it was normal. Mine changed to where instead of a constant period like ache that lasted for a while to where the cramp would come and go . It would build up and peak for about 30-45 seconds then would fade away...that was when they had turned to contractions. I never felt the whole belly tightening that I could tell anyways so I thought it was nothing. The intensity increased with time too, then my water broke so I knew they were actually contractions. Unless you are having the waves of pain you are probably just preparing for labor. Still tell your doc, they can check out if anything is happening down there for you!

  @kleinjm1 mine will do that, they will come for like 30 seconds to a minute and that will go on for a couple of hours and it will go away and come back later in the day or not till the next day

  I went to the doctor earlier and he checked me he said I'm not dialated but he said the cramps I've been getting is a good sign he's going to come soon
