Does it really matter if you take opks at the same time every day? Mine say you should in the directions, and to take it between 10-4 and not with FMU. It also says not to drink for 2 hours prior to taking it, which I keep forgetting to do and drinking more green tea ;)  My temps are all crazy this cycle thanks to travelling, so I am really counting on the OPKs working!

    I think its just so they are equally spaced out and you don't miss your fertile window.  I just take mine every day when I get out of work.

    If yuo look at my chart, all of my -OPKs were at 3pm. Yesterday I had a faint line and I couldn't resist testing this morning after getting back from the gym, so it wasn't even FMU and I got a +OPK. I may test this afternoon and I will test tomorrow afternoon to see as well.

    Ditto pp. Its so its spaced out so you don't miss it. I would suggest taking it around the same time if possible. GL!

    Thanks! I didn't think it would be too important- if it's just not to miss out on the +opk I think I'll be fine!

    For me FMU seems to be ok time because I only got OPK+ one morning.  FMU or not every other morning was faint line.  I've heard of everyone being different with their best times, and whether or not FMU matters or not.
