Quote fail...sorry. Another thing that I heard is that it's really beneficial to sit on the floor and do the Baddha Konasana pose. I sit like that a lot because it helps to stretch the pelvic muscles.

Yessss I totally love the Baddha Konasana pose as well. It's awesome. Esp when you have something straight to lean your back against

Ps my prenatal yoga instructor suggests using Cat Cow when your laboring to help with back pain/contractions.
