I didn't have an end-date in mind. I kinda thought I would move her before it became an issue ... something around a year. Instead, she outgrew us. Around 6-7 months she found it harder and harder to sleep in our bed ... and when I put her in her crib, she slept really well. So we got lucky. No huge transition. Since then, we let her stay in our bed when she has the occasional need to nurse in the wee hours, usualy around sick or teething issues.
Probably until April when RSV season is over. DS has had several rough nights with breathing and I'm worried it I put him in is room I wouldn't hear him choking. I by no means ever thought I would be a co-sleeper (
I have no clue. As she still wakes 6-8 times a night. I am kind of torn. I want to sleep soundly in my own bed and not have to worry about getting slapped in the face, pulled on, and slobbered on... I will miss the closeness and cuddling time co-sleeping gives. As I know she will grow up too quickly and will want nothing to do with me...

Re: Co-sleepers, a question
This is our plan also.
