No Fetal Pole 5w 6d?

I went for my first ultrasound today. A little early, but I was cramping so I wanted to be sure it wasn't ectopic ( it wasn't, phew!) ... My doctor mentioned that she there was no fetal cord but that it's very common at this time still. However, I am concerned as this is my first pregnancy. When have you all first seen the cord and heartbeat? Thank you moms to be!!

    With my last pregnancy, my U/S wasn't until 7w5d. This time, I think I'll be 6w4dish. Most doctor's prefer to wait until 6.5 weeks for that reason as there isn't much to see before then and it usually just causes more stress.

    I had one at 5+4, thinking I was 6+4, same thing. Have to go back in a week or two :). Don't stress!

    I went at what I say was 5w4d but my sac measured 5w6d and there was no yolk sac visible.

    Went back today at what I say is 5w6d but they're saying it's 6w1d based on gestational sac measurement and we finally saw a yolk sac but couldn't visualize the fetal pole yet.  They told me this is ok, it's early, especially since my gestational sac grew at the correct pace.

    Don't worry!

    Last pregnancy, I didn't get a scan until 8 weeks and now I wish I had waited because I went through 2 days of unnecessary stress.

    I just had scan 2 days ago (6w 0) and saw sac and yolk but no fetal pole. I've read there's only about a 50% chance of seeing it that early so I'm trying not to get too worried but it would have been lovely! Got another scan in 2 weeks time hopefully see my little bean then!

    I went yesterday at 5w6d (previous MC) and there was a sack and yolk but couldn't see (or hear) anything else. Dr reassured me (and pregnant friends) that this is completely normal. Try and stay stress free and your next US will be here before you know it! :)

    My next one is in 2 weeks (I'll be 8 weeks).

    I had my first ultrasound today at 5 weeks 5 days. I had ivf so there's no chance of my timing being off. Anyhow, I have two gestational sacs, each with a yolk sac, but no fetal poles seen. It's so stressful to worry if everything is ok or not!

    I was eager to go for early prenatal check up,so I went in my 6th week. Doc showed me baby's heartbeat,and he was 5w5d.. But doc told me its best to wait till 8th week to be able to detect the heartbeat . So no worries ya ^_^

    Don't worry yet. I went at 5w5d and there was only a yolk sac. Went back a week later and there was the fetal pole
