First pregnancy please help?

I'm 26weeks and 2days pregnant woke up this morning with serve pain at the lower part of my belly? Anything to be concern bout? Don't want to hassle the doctors id nothing to worry. Please someone help.

    Definitely sounds like round ligament pain based on the timing and location. How long does it last? Does it go away when you change position? If it only lasts a few minutes at a time, strikes especially when you change positions suddenly (like sitting up from bed or standing up off the couch) and goes away when you move, that's indicative of round ligament pain. Pain that persists for a long time and doesn't go away when you change position is more concerning. Good luck :)

    Thank you all for your reply! Decided to ring midwife and was advise to go to the nearest hospital. I have been diagnosed with slow labour. So taken a tablet and had a injection too see if we can reduce it.
