There are many factors your not adding.. What did the ultrasound tech say, do you have any open leg shots ? Because going by that image alone isn't enough information.

Nobody's being rude; people ask all the time on TB for opinions on what the consensus is on their baby's sex. Here's why it's not a good idea to post that way: A) You're asking us to look at and study your child's genitalia. Why is that okay? Because he/she is still in the womb? Think again. It's still genitalia you're showing to strangers. We are not trained in determining sex from a picture on a screen; we are fellow Bump users, not ultrasound technicians or doctors. It's like going to a farmer and asking him how to cook an elaborate dish. He doesn't know, he only grows the food; if you want cooking advice, go to a chef or a culinary instructor.
