Back to pure barre/gym

I took pure barre classes throughout pregnancy and thinking about easing back into it... Has anyone else tried to start back up working out? My abs still feel so weak despite working them my entire pregnancy. when are you guys thinking about starting back up?!

    As soon as I leave my 6 week appointment. I've been walking but am itching to do more. Bought a whole new workout wardrobe today!

  • I started at 2 weeks postpartum going to the gym just not straining my self too much today I'm 3weeks postpartum & I finally did light weight squats I think is how you feel besides I had a minor tear only had 3 stitches, stopped bleeding & never really felt pain
  • I started 21 Day Fix at about 3 weeks PP. The workouts are only 30 mins and the eating planning is awesome, it even takes into consideration breast feeding Mommas!
