recommend a good double stroller. In February we will have a 2.5 year old, and of course the new little one. I want to have time to look and find a good deal, so what do you like and why?
I'm obsessed with my single BOB Revolution so I want the BOB Duallie I think. So smooth. But I don't have actual experience with it, so I'll be following this discussion!
We have a Britax B-ready and a BOB single. We're going to get the second seat for the Britax for sure (I love that it's inline, rather than side by side). When we use the BOB, we'll probably just carry the other LO. Lots of people have the BOB duallie here and it is crazy wide...
I have the city select, double bob, bugaboo donkey, and valco baby and love them all for different reasons. The city select and bugaboo can both be single strollers which will be nice when I only have the new baby with me, but the double Bob and Valco baby are best for when I have the whole crew.
I had a bunch of double strollers over the years and I really liked the sit and stand the best as long as your older child is not a runner. If they are a runner, you want something with a 5 pt harness so it gives you a fighting chance. LOL.

I'm in the opposite place, years of double strollers and needing to buy a single stroller and not having a clue.

I have a BOB and a city mini in single. I searched really hard to find a double I liked. I finally picked a joovy caboose ultralight too. I love that it has the sit and stand option or you can snap in the second seat. Dd2 and DS are 2yrs 3mon apart and it has been perfect. I also loved that it came with all the attachments too so I wasn't having to buy a bunch of extra stuff for the infant seat etc. It has a much shorter profile than a random and isn't wide like a side by side.

@wagvan I just went with the Eddie Bauer travel set from target. It came with the infant seat and the stroller which you could install the seat into. It's big, bulky, but has been on a plane about 10 times and has lasted very well.

Our Britax is the same way (and you can add an extra seat or a standing board). It's been on 3 plane trips so far and has fared excellent. The wheel base is a little wide for a single stroller (or inline), but I'm ok with that.
I am going to be googling all these awesome sounding strollers all night now thanks! We just bought a Chico stroller that matched our car seat with the littles (now 19 months) that we barely used, I "wore" him around most of the time. Let the internet searching begin….
I've been shopping double strollers as well. I got away with a snap and go and then umbrella stroller for my first. I have tested some of the strollers you guys have mentioned and while they are easy to use and comfortable they are so huge! I'm looking for something that is lightweight and small like an umbrella stroller but holds an infant and a toddler. So far I'm thinking about the Joovy Caboose Stand on Tandem strollers. Anyone have experience with these?

Haha, I missed that, I think I saw the first two strollers you mentioned and skipped that one. I'm glad to get a real life review, thanks for the info!

I used the graco ready2grow double stroller with my twins and loved it. It was super easy to click on the car seats. It's not my favorite now that the boys are bigger because the seats are a little reclined and facing opposite directions, but I think it's a good stroller if you have a toddler and a baby. You can use it in a bunch of different ways to accommodate two babies, two toddlers, a baby and a toddler, etc. It is fairly big even when folded up though. But it's lasted us 18 months so far!
