Hi all,
If you are like me, you've been combing the message boards looking for folks going through miscarriages that may have had similar blood test, U/S, etc. results ....but take each one with a grain of salt as you won't always have the full picture. I'm facing a non-viable pregnancy - my progesterone is only at 5 and my doc didn't think the U/S looked right. But I'm sitting here reminding myself that I've been here before and I've got a two year old daughter that we were fortunate to produce with the help of a reproductive endocrinologist. In fact, my DD should be considered a little miracle - I've had a myomectomy (for one large fibroid), I have ulcerative colitis (increases my miscarriage risk by 25%), and I'm almost 40! All this said such that each of you don't lose hope. There's always more to each of our stories and it is more rare to have a miscarriage than to go on and deliver a happy, healthy baby. So best wishes to you all and enjoy the little miracles in each day.
