Lactation Pills

Hello!

I'm trying to increase my milk supply and am having problems. I pump at work and nurse at home and I'm not pumping enough for his daycare bottles anymore.

I want to try either the Honest Company's Lactation Pills or Vitanica Lactation blend and was wondering if anyone had any experience with them. Do they help? Any risks or side effects?

    Sorry, I don't have any experience with pills but the advice my lactation consultant gave me was to make sure I'm using a hospital grade pump. Is there a chance you could keep a Medela Symphony or similar at work?

    I have the Medela pump In style advanced at work and just Medela handpump at home as a back up since I don't typically pump while at home.
