So excited to have some other MoM's on my BMB

I haven't yet met with my doctor yet and am trying to compile a list of questions to ask. My twins were my first pregnancy and around 18 weeks I began showing signs of preterm labor. Cervix length of 1.7 and funneling. I started immediate strict bedrest, nightly progesterone suppositories and did 4 doses of steroid shots. Luckily, I delivered two NICU free babies at 35+6. My question is, how many of you had complications during your twin pregnancy and went on to have seemingly healthy singleton pregnancies?

I'm not sure if I should ask my doctor if she will be monitoring my cervix length again throughout to ensure that I don't have incompetent cervix or if this was just related to it being common for twin pregnancies.

Also, my girls were c/s. Any of you have successful VBAC with a singleton?

My girls were 35+6. 5lbs 10oz & 5lbs 13oz. 18.5in & 18.75in.

I thought you were gonna ask how many here are pregnant with twins. I was gonna say that many of us haven't even had an ultrasound yet so we wouldn't know. Thanks for that, LOL

Hi! I'm a twin momma too. I have 18 month old twin boys that were my first. I didn't have any complications or scares during my pregnancy so I'm very thankful for that! But I did have a csection due to my baby b being transverse and I didn't want to end up with a double whammy if I attempted a vaginal birth. I am also hoping for a vbac and I think I'm a good candidate so hopefully my dr will be willing to try! I had my twins on my scheduled csection date at 38+1 weeks and no nicu time! They probably would have stayed in there forever ha! My boys were 6lbs 2 oz 19in and 6lbs 3oz 18.5 in!
